Can I change my order?
When you've placed and paid for your order, it's prepared for transport almost immediately. As soon as the status of your order is 'completed', you can no longer change your order. If you wish you can return the entire order or any items that you don't want using our return procedure.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. We'll send you a confirmation email after receiving your order. If you think that money been taken from your bank account and you have not received a confirmation email then please check your spam folder. If you have created an account, your order will also be visible on your account page.
How do I check order status?
You can check the status of your order on your account page. When your order has been put together, the status will change to 'completed'. You'll then receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking code.
Can I choose a different delivery address?
Yes, during check-out, you can choose to add a shipping address where you can enter a different address than the billing address.
Can I cancel my order?
That depends on the shipping status. Please contact us as soon as possible and have your order number ready. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout without registering an account.

How long does it take to receive an order?
Processing normally takes 2 - 3 business days. Shipping time is 3-5 business days in the USA. Longer lead times will be noted within product descriptions.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) and DHL. We will choose the best shipping carrier for your order.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently we do not offer expedited shipping. All shipping will be standard, 3-5 business days in USA.
Do you offer international delivery?
No, international deliveries are not available at this time. This service will be available in the near future. The delivery address must be within the United States.
How do you handle returns/exchanges?
We offer returns within 30 business days from receive of delivery. If it is our error, then we will pay for shipping back to us. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Exchanges are based on availability of stock.
Do you provide tracking numbers for orders?
Yes, tracking numbers will be updated to your order once it has been shipped.
Do you offer free shipping!
Yes! We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $100.
